  1. Receive Acceptance Letter: You must first receive an official acceptance letter from a recognized Singaporean educational institution.
  2. Apply for Student’s Pass: The university will typically assist you in applying for a Student’s Pass (visa) through the Student’s Pass Online Application & Registration (SOLAR+) system.
  3. Submit Required Documents: You will need to submit various documents, including:
    • Passport photo
    • Passport details
    • Acceptance letter from the university
    • Educational certificates and transcripts
    • Financial documents demonstrating your ability to cover tuition and living expenses
    • Other documents as required by the ICA.
  4. Attend Interview (if required): The ICA may require you to attend an interview as part of the application process.
  5. Receive In-Principle Approval (IPA) Letter: If your application is successful, you will receive an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter.
  6. Complete Final Formalities: Follow the instructions in the IPA letter to complete the final formalities, including medical check-ups and visa endorsement.
  7. Receive Student’s Pass: Once all requirements are met, you will receive your Student’s Pass.
